At Ray’s Butcher Shoppe, our skilled butchers hand cut and trim meats to perfection.  We carry only non-injected meats sourced in the US. We specialize in custom cuts of meat, thick juicy steaks, briskets and ribs to name a few.

We also feature an assortment of homemade sausages & brats, fresh or smoked hams (spiral-cut, boneless, & bone-in), beef jerky (Peppered, Sweet & Spicy, or Teriyaki). You’ll also find a great selection of chicken and turkey items, plus fresh and frozen seafood products.

Having a party?

 We offer assorted party trays to order & catering options to satisfy any crowd. Pig & Chicken Roasts are also a specialty at Ray’s.

Ray’s Butcher Shoppe is located in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield, easily accessible from I-894 and just south of Layton Avenue on Loomis Road. Ray's Butcher Shoppe has been in serving up savory selections since 1977. Greenfield has been our home since 1989.
